Management Training and Employee Education
Through Employer Action Plans, the Coalition trains human resource, security and management staff at workplaces throughout central Ohio. To date, more than 110 active family violence prevention programs have been created, which have reached over 170,305 employees; and nearly 8,090 human resource, security and management staff have been trained about family violence in the workplace.
