Management Training and Employee Education
Through Employer Action Plans, the Coalition trains human resource, security and management staff at workplaces throughout central Ohio. To date, more than 95 active family violence prevention programs have been created, which have reached over 125,611 employees; and nearly 5,400 human resource, security and management staff have been trained about family violence in the workplace.
