Management Training and Employee Education
To date, over 3,000 human resource and security staff from 32 employers completed Coalition-sponsored training. For example, Kroger is training store managers and line employees on appropriate intervention. Limited Brands, Inc. trained security and HR associates as well as store managers. It also places resource cards in restrooms at its corporate offices.
