The Coalition offers the following programs:

Customized workplace training – Each organization is different and it is best to customize a program that works for that companies culture.
Employers may use several methods of getting information to managers/supervisor and employees:
- In-person training or workshop
- Web-based training – depending on the technology of the company
- Internal company website or newsletter articles
- Customized letters regarding awareness
- Distributing information at health fairs or similar events
- Providing information at new employee orientation
- Include the policy and resource content in employee handbooks, manuals, guidebooks or other written policy and procedure materials

Other suggestions include:
-Incorporating domestic violence into other training agenda’s, quarterly meetings, prevention training connected with other safety or wellness programs, awareness sessions for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and other manager/new employee orientations.

Best practices information, including policies and procedures to deal with victims and batterers. Educational and awareness materials including free posters, brochure, wallet cards and holders to reach out to employees and educate them on this complex issue.
