CCAFV: Interfaith Clergy Forum
Break the Silence Interfaith Clergy Forum

Since inception of the Interfaith Clergy Forum in 2003, religious leaders have been showing their support in breaking the silence of domestic violence in our communities by attending forums, preaching about domestic violence and much more. 2009 marked the fourth Interfaith Clergy Forum and more than 200 religious leaders gathered to learn, plan and act to prevent family violence and to ensure prompt and responsive help for victims.

Faith leaders can play a major role in changing attitudes and directing families to existing resources within our community. For more information on the Faith Community task force or any of its initiatives, write to us.
