| Exhibit Fees: | 501(c)3 Not-for-Profit entities - $ 75.00 per booth
For-Profit entities - $250.00 per booth |

| | Exhibit fees do not include registration for the
conference, attendance at any sessions or food
functions. |

| | Booth electricity and/or internet access can result in
additional fees from the hotel. Materials will be sent once a
completed exhibitor form has been received. |

| Security: | The Columbus Coalition Against Family Violence will
provide overnight security for the exhibition area |

| Disclaimer: | Even though the Columbus Coalition Against Family
Violence is providing overnight security for the exhibition
area, the Coalition is not responsible for lost or
stolen items from exhibit booths. It is the responsibility of
the vendor to secure all items of value (i.e. laptop
computers, audiovisual equipment, etc.). |
Space is limited and table assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis only after the exhibitor requirements form and payment is received. Deadline for submission of exhibitor forms is April 7, 2009.
